HPH Tennessee Group Facilitator Biography

Hello, my name is Maggie Spaulding. I currently live in the Nashville/Brentwood, Tennessee area, I have three sons. My youngest son Mitchell’s physical death came as an accidental overdose to “opioid” prescription drug on May 26, 2015, at the age of 27.

This event catapulted me into an “inspired quest” of finding answers to questions about life after death. I was not ready to give up my relationship with my son. My first reading with a Spiritual Medium comforted me immensely and confirmed my son was still alive, just in a different form.

This connection inspired me to broaden my knowledge about life after death. Also, through my Yoga Teacher Training, I learned to meditate. Through this daily meditation. I found peace and joy in my life again. Out of all the books I read, Suzanne Geisemann’s “Messages of Hope” inspired me the most. This book indirectly led me to the HPH Organization.

Testimonials - Helping Parents Heal

Maggie’s generosity is so incredible. She shares her wealth of knowledge and experience with anyone who needs it. She approaches grief as a learning experience and an opportunity to grow from loss. She helped me to really see what good can come from working through healing and emotions, rather than sitting in grief without processing it. I am so happy that we honor my sister’s memory by talking about her and sharing her stories, but we also use the power of guided meditation and mental exercises to help us heal from our grief and hopefully help others do the same. I truly feel that my time with Maggie has helped me to be more compassionate with others and realize that I am not alone, and that something positive can be made of the darkest despair. Maggie’s desire to grow through her own loss is contagious, and I am so appreciative that she chooses to share what she’s learning."

Would we have survived without Maggie? Not very well. My daughter died of accidental overdose in the fall of 2018 & my other daughter & I found Maggie’s Helping Parents Heal soon afterwards. She was a miracle for us. Maggie provides support meetings with incredible compassion and empathy. I am amazed at her spiritual energy & how she teaches us how to access ours. We laugh, we cry & we always feel so much more peaceful after meeting with Maggie! She updates our Facebook Page with excellent reads & quotes almost daily. I feel she is always dedicated to helping us heal & hugely appreciate & love her dearly.

-May God bless Maggie! With deep love, Susi Trabue
