It’s all about choices
In the moment
Not whether
One is right
Or wrong
In order to feel
Worthy and strong. 

Choose not to
Criticize or judge
In order
To prove a point.  

It’s ok to say
Nothing
In response
Holding your words
Instead of speaking
Can be more powerful
Than anything said
In a heated discussion. 

Showing silence
And strength
In a situation
Doesn’t mean
You are weak
Or spineless. 

Love subtly
Love tenderly
Love patiently
For that shows strength
Unlimited
Without
Any sacristy
At all.
