And guidance
Begins.

To younger days
When something
Hurt your feelings
As you pushed
It away.
Tis these moments
Your true expression
Was hidden
And fear
Took over
Making life
Uncomfortable
And miserable.
Be brave
Tis time
To release
Old suppressed
Feelings
The more you heal
The younger you
The more the mind
Feels free
To discover
The real you.
