Follow the Breath 3/19/2025

Breathing in
Breathing out
Relaxing
With my breath
While letting go
Of my past
Worries
And woes.

An illuminated
String of light
Glowing with love
Tugs at my heart
Offering me hope
And a belief
Of a better
Tomorrow.

Following this feeling
Following the flow
Knowing
I am safe
Knowing
I am secure
Allowing trust
To be my rudder
And my heart
To be the compass
Is my way
To live life.

Leaving expectations
Behind
Letting possibilities
Arrive
Excitement fills my body
Knowing once again
Everything will be
Alright.
