Feelings of
Anger
And Denial
While resisting
Love
And kindness
Through
Simple things
In life.

Understanding 
What’s needed
Gathered knowledge
No longer needed
To push back
The subtle 
Guidance
That’s God is
Providing.

Softened my heart
Accepted the presence
As I let go
And let God
Into my life
With reverence.

You are
My everything
You know me 
So well
Thank you 
For your persistent
And this experience
Of finding love
