Listening 
To my heartbeat
Listening 
To my breathe
Listening 
To the stillness
Within my thoughts
As I let go
And surrender to
The energy flowing
Within my soul.

Reflecting with love
In my heart
I accept and forgive
The younger version
Of myself
With all its 
Indiscretions
And idiosyncrasies
That ignorance
Caused
By not knowing
Thyself.

Continue
To sit
With my emotions
I embrace them 
Warmly
Caressing them 
Gently
For playing 
Their role
In letting me know
When something is
Out of balance
And time to
Let go
And listen.
