Rinse and Repeat Cycles 2/12/2025

If you could read
My mind
What would it say?
Would it
Be lost in thoughts
Far, far away?

Would it be
Lingering in the moment
Without worry or fear
Enjoying the
Stillness
That to often
Disappears.

We have the choice
To think
What we want
 We have the
Choice to say
What we feel.

So why are we so
Frustrated with life
 When we can choose
What matter’s
The most
At anytime
We want.

 Are we fearful
Of the unknown
Stuck in old beliefs
Limiting our thoughts
To familiar patterns?

Same thoughts
Same actions
Our minds
Always in
Rinse and repeat
Cycles.

So how do we stop
These cycles
One simple way
Is to
Close your eyes
And breathe.

Deeply
Slowly
Then relax
Into stillness
Tis the place
Your Soul
Guilds you
To make
Better choices
About life.
