Instead of focusing
On differences
And negativity
Of your beloved
Focus on the similarities
And positivity of you
As a couple.

Allow the feelings
Of love to enter
To color your world
Both inside
And outside
With vibrancy.

Be daring
Be bold
Don’t hold back
Your passions
View life
With colorful 
Invigoration
Even if the other
Does not.

Acknowledge the
Differences and 
Return back 
To love
Within the stillness
Of your heart
Reconnecting
With your elevated
Awareness
That’s always
Present
For guidance.

Now view
The other
With the eyes
Of your heart
Love will rebound
The situation
Within the similarities
Experienced 
And felt.

The other 
May consist
Of only
Primary colors
And you 
Are a bouquet
Made of many shades
So how do 
We find
Common ground?

Remember
Your love
Allowed you
To create
The variety 
For all 
The shades
From primary colors.

View life 
Either through
Primary andshades
Of colors
Recognizing differences
As part of one
Binding love
That connects all.
