Old thought
Patterns
Keep
Popping up
Making me feel
Anxious and weary
Whether I want to
Or not.
Tis a pre-programmed
Response
That was created
Long ago
From something
Feared
That wasn’t
Forgotten
By my soul.
So how do I release
Old thought
Patterns
Each time
A trigger
Occurs?
Tis all about
Being mindful
Each moment
And becoming
Aware
Of the thoughts
Created.
Then choose
Positive words
Replacing negativity
Feeling a different
Outcome
Present
While repeating
This process
Again and
Again.
Tis with repetition
And intention
New thought patterns
Are created
As a new version
Of thyself
Slowly appears
Once again.
