Feeling anxious
Feeling agitated
And unsettled
Wanting to help
Myself
But feeling stuck
On what’s next.
Difficult to focus
And difficult to participate
Mind wondering a lot
How to break this pattern
Of overthinking and
Analysis?
Breathe deeply
Exhale slowly
Casting off
The fogginess of
My thoughts
That created
An anchor
Of ruminating
In the moment.
Waiting patiently
In mindful
Blissfulness
Restoring my attention
With commitment
Opening to receive
Guidance
From my soul’s heart
As a way to understand
My next steps
To take in life.
