What am
I supposed to do?
Feeling backed
Against the wall
Stuck in the moment
Life is not going
As planned.

Know I
Need something
Different
Anger seems to
Simmer constantly
Inside my heart
Trying to understand
Why and
What for.

Yet there’s a
Deepness inside
That yearns for
Happiness
And a feeling
Of belonging
To something 
More.

Do I take the chance?
To explore this option
That is being shown
To me
That I could have?

This unknown
Is knocking loudly
At my door
Do I welcome it
With open arms
Or cower from it 
With scorn?

How do I find the answer?
What is needed to take a stride?

Deeply breathing
Within an elevated
Awareness
An understanding
Appears
In sight.

Let go
Expectations
Of how life
Should be
And let 
What needs to occur
Occur
And what will be
Will be.
